Dear Client. I strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of my clients. Your care and treatment is a priority for me. I also ask that you respect your specialist's time and expertise as well. In an attempt to be consistent with this, I have a Cancellation Policy that allows me to schedule appointments for my clients, with respect for your time, the next client's time, and the specialist's time. Please note that ALL sales are final, & services rendered are non refundable. If you aren’t happy with your service I allow one (1) removal on the house. Our policy is as follows: We request that you give a notice not later than 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment in the event that vou cannot make it. If the client is more than 15 mins late or misses an appointment without at least a 48 hour notice, it IS considered a missed or "No Show" appointment and will be charged as such. This appt will be rescheduled. If a client no call/no shows this will result in 100% charge of the appt scheduled. Also, if you miss more than 3 (three) appointments, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $150 and you will be banned from booking. A non refundable booking fee will be paid at time of making appointment & will be taken off at the time of the appointment.
